What do all those letters mean by the members names (CC, ATM, CL, etc)?  Those designate the level of achievement the member has attained by completing certain requirements explained here.

President This officer's primary duties are...
1 Presides over all Club and Executive Committee Meetings.
2 Provides support for Members. This means if a member reaches a new level, or receives an award, be sure to recognize their achievement.
3 Delegates responsibility and monitors progress.
4 Supports the other Officers.
5 Helps the V.P. Membership and the Treasurer prepare the Semi-Annual Reports for Toastmasters International (TI).
6 Prepares and trains a successor.
V.P. of Education This officer's primary duties are...
1 Plan dynamic meetings.
2 Promotes TI educational programs.
3 Orients new members and assigns them a Mentor.
4 Supports the other Officers.
5 Arranges Speechcrafts, Success/Leaderships and Youth Leaderships.
6 Administers Speech Contests.
7 Arranges a Speakers Bureau.
8 Presides in the absence of the President.
9 Attends and votes at Area, and Division Council meetings.
10 Voters at Regional and International Business Meetings.
11 Chairs the Education Committee.
12 Attends the Executive Committee meetings.
V.P. of Membership This officer's primary duties are...
1 Build and Maintain Club Membership (preferably at 20+).
2 Maintain Club Members satisfaction of what the Club’s doing.
3 Help Members reach their educational goals.
4 Chairs the Membership Committee.
5 Prepare the Semi-Annual Report to TI World Headquarters.
6 Attends the Executive Committee meetings.
V.P. of Public Relations This officer's primary duties are...
1 Plan a Public Relations/Awareness Program
2 Prepares Publicity materials such as flyers and newsletter (page 6) articles.
3 In Inter-company clubs acts as liaison for all articles regarding Toastmasters and Club functions.
4 Acts as Point Of Contact for all inquiries about the Club
5 Produces Club newsletter.
6 Attends the Executive Committee meetings.
Secretary This officer's primary duties are...
1 Takes and reports the minutes of all meetings.
2 Maintains all club correspondence.
3 Maintains club documentation such as Standing Rules, Bylaws and reports.
4 Attends the Executive Committee meetings.
Treasurer The primary duties for this participant are...
1 Accurately maintain and report the club’s financial records.
2 Respond to questions regarding financial matters to TI World HQ and/or governmental agencies such as the IRS.
3 Prepares and participates in audits.
4 Prepares bank signature cards and accounts as required.
5 Attends the Executive Committee meetings.
Sgt.-At-Arms This officer's primary duties are...
1 Arrange the meeting room and set-up all the equipment such as:
