Toastmaster (CTM) or Competent Communicator
(CC)
Award?

Have you successfully served as a Club Officer for at least Six
Months?

Have you attended a
District-Sponsored Officer Training
Session (TLI, Make up Training or One-on-one training with your Area
Governor)?
Then you're just ONE EASY
STEP from earning YOUR
Competent Leader (CL) Award!!! Simply present TWO
programs from the Successful Club and/or
Leadership Excellence series and claim your award! These are
actually
“scripted” 15 minute programs
that you present to your Clubs. If you are a member of any Club in
Area 16 and do not have any of the Successful Club or Leadership
Excellence Programs, please let me know immediately as I may have “loaner”
programs that you are welcome to use.
